The Norbar Metric 16mm Spigot Open End Fittings are designed to suit Norbar 16mm diameter spigot ended torque handles. They are made from forged alloy steel and the ends are easily interchangeable. The torque handle can be calibrated to give correct torque at nut/bolt.
