The SUPER QUARTZ is a high-performance safety helmet designed to withstand extreme temperatures of up to +150°C and is electrically insulated for added protection. Made from a robust ABS and polycarbonate shell, this helmet offers outstanding durability in harsh environments, making it ideal for professionals working in public works, chemical industries, oil & gas, and other high-risk sectors.
With a non-vented design, the SUPER QUARTZ provides excellent protection against heat and shock while maintaining comfort. The helmet features an adjustable slip ratchet system and an 8-point textile harness, ensuring a secure and custom fit for head sizes between 53-63 cm. The polyester neckband enhances comfort, while the removable brow pad allows for easy cleaning and hygiene maintenance.
This helmet is equipped with mounting notches for earmuff fixation and comes with a range of accessories available for added protection, including face shields, lens attachments, and ear protection. Certified for low temperature resistance down to -30°C, the SUPER QUARTZ is built for a long lifespan—with up to 84 months from manufacturing and 60 months from first use.
